Unsurprisingly I am not running face to face events at the moment. However, I am running workshops from time to time using Zoom. I will post details of these events below as they become available. Tickets will always be limited and are often free, so act quickly.
Reducing anxiety and stress online workshop
Tuesday 30th March 7.00-8.00pm
Today most of us are dealing with stress or anxiety to some degree and whilst that may not be an issue for you, long term it can affect both your physical and mental health. There are simple steps you can take to reduce the immediate impact and once you learn them and start to use them you will feel a difference. You do not need to struggle on instead take action!
In this workshop I will;
- take you through a three-step process and explain how you can apply these steps to your issues both now and in the future
- share my stress first aid tips
- identify what you can do long term, to increase your resilience.
Places are limited to allow plenty of time for you to ask questions so you leave the workshop clear on how to apply these tools to your life.
During the workshop, I will explain the benefits of meditation, bust some myths and take you step by step through how to get started.
By the end of the workshop, you will have experienced a breathwork exercise a guided meditation and had your questions answered.
